Default Black Friday

I avoided black friday today. I didn't spend a dime at any store. I'm not that big of a hurry to go out and get in debt and get hurt over some stupid deal. The last five years I have had no credit card debt and I plan to keep it that way. If I can't pay cash for it I don't need it. As far as I'm concern the only reason stores are opening up earlier each year is caused by the consumer. If the consumer didn't show up then the stores would not open up until friday, we have loss what is really important in our lives, spending time with Family and giving thanks. I'm done ranting.

We didnt participate either but we never do .We buy pretty much everything with our credit card but ALWAYS pay it in full at the end of the month .We shop a little at a time throughout the year rather than wait for this time of year .This year Im not even asking for anything since Ive bougt so much for the truck. I love Christmas time ,just not what it has become.

I avoid Black Friday like the plague. Battle a herd of lunatics to save a couple bucks, no way. Reality is those super deals aren't the best price you'll see. It may be the same price it was selling for a month ago or the price will be even lower before Christmas or after.

dude i am right with you. I have not left the house, only to put up my christmas decor. I refuse to go out this weekend and spend any money because its just helping with the black friday weekend sales. I am so upset and the big store for opening on thanksgiving day to try to get an extra buck. it bothers me so much! but that's just me

Ric, I saw a good deal on pickle forks on Amazon if you need some. Also a super deal on a pop rivet tool if you're in the market.

What is XXXXX Ric? As if we ALL didn't know it that stinking radio again! I give in. Find one and I'll buy it for you for Christmas. Well, maybe not THIS Christmas, but find one anyway.

You must be mad, because it is a clock and not the radio..ha I have bigger problems now, Wednesday when I was putting it away for the winter in it's little cove in the garage I hit the engine hoist jack and put a nice dent and scratch in the rear driver quarter. I'm sure that I'll never get the paint to match. Oh well that is what I get for trying to put it in by myself with only about 6 inches for error. But I'm such a good dad so my daughter can park in garage this winter again.
