Default Did you ever get angry with your car?

Just thinking of what happened on Sunday with my car. As I said before my car has really been good to me,and I am really glad I did not lose my temper and say something I would regret in the morning.

Yea, about everynight lately as I'm trying to put it back together. Seem like each part going back on it goes on with a struggle. Like Rank said love hurts.

I second that....they come off so easy and go back so hard, I need someone to stop me when I start a project because it turns into 2 or 3 projects.

I realize my car is just a big hunk of metal so I try not to get too emotionally involved with it.

We are all suckers, and no matter what we always get emotionally involved. The car becomes our "baby".

Why do you think many people give their car a woman's name?

Yup. I'm kind of angry with her right now, because she's leaning out and bogging on me coming off idle and out of part-throttle cruise. Although probably needing a bigger carb to handle my engine's new demand for air/fuel isn't the worst problem to have, it is still nonetheless something to keep her in the garage when she could have been chauffeuring the family to Baskin Robbins last night for a cool treat on a hot night.

I've never been as angry at my car as I was at the cat for scratching her a few months back. Whew. The cat hasn't gone in the garage since. Thank God.

I usually get mad at myself instead of my cars ,cause Im usually the reason something screws up. But I get over it and sometimes even do it all over again. Glutton for punishment I would guess or just a dumbass sometimes.

I call my car him. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
