What is it worth 1967 SS 396 4 speed

I am looking to buy a 1967 Chevelle SS 4 speed it has a 396 in it but not numbers matching. They have it set up a lot like pro touring. It has a 12 bolt rear end with coil overs. It looks stock from the outside. It has a very nice paint job. It has a mini tube about 6" and they did a great job. It has a full cage that they did a great job on. It has the factory dash and door panels. Do you think the car is still worth good money or do you think all the thinks they did make it go down in value. It is a true SS 138. What do you think the car is worth. I know that it is hard to tell with out seeing the car in pictures or in person. Please let me know about what it is worth.
