Default Kids are cute.

My 12 year old asked if she could sit in the back seat of the Chevelle for the first time the other day. I told her she could. She climbed into the back seat and folded the front seat back to get the feel for it. She said, "Wow, this is HUGE back here!". After living with newer cars, I can see where she thinks that. I told her she should sit in the back of an Impala if she thinks THAT'S big!

Back seat of an Impala would be double bed for a kid. I remember on road trips my sister and I would sleep in the back seat all the time.

My 2 boys were the same way. I had several generations of new Mustangs before I got the Chevelle and they love the big back seat. They especially like cranking the windows down by hand, they think that is the coolest and wonder why all cars don't have window cranks? LOL

I think one of the things that I remember from the kids getting into the car was that one of my daughters said she had to take "4 steps before she got to the seat".

I think we all have had the situation where "he is touching me" and the kids fighting. I like having the big back seats.
