Teach her. It's not that hard. I kinda wish my car was a stick. They are so much fun to drive, that is unless you are in bumper to bumper traffic, then they are a pain in the rear. But if you teach her, be prepared to lose your truck.

Ms Grumpy ,she would have a hard time as it is manual steering and manual brake so we will just let her ride shotgun. Although I may upgrade to power brakes as all I need is a booster. You should see the next set of pics tomorrow via E MAIL .

So are you go to keep it or sell it now that you have it running?

It is going to be my daily driver until my other truck comes home from the bodyshop ,then I may sell it. Now(soon anyway) I can sell my 96 Ford Explorer daily driver that we bought new and have worn out as soon as I get new belts ,hoses and exhaust system done on the new old truck.

I just found a new home for the 55 Bel Air ,it sold to a local guy ,actually a neighbor one street over that didnt even know I had it. I have the money in my pocket and he will take it home at a later date as he has nowhere to put it at the moment.

I am happy and sad at the same time. Happy for you that you sold it, as I am sure that Joan is happy too. Sad, because secretly I had wanted it, just couldn't afford it at the moment.

Now you can breath a sigh of relief, a few extra bucks to finish the other projects you have.

Most of those extra bucks will sit in the bank in case of hard times ,but I do have a few plans for Joan's Trans Am ,like finally getting the interior finished .I wish she would let me sell it too but she loves that old bird .
