Exclamation Crazy weather

Whats going on with the weather lately? Al Gore was right. The hole in the ozone is gonna kill us all. Hopefully not before my Chevelle is finished!
Yesterday we had three funnel clouds spotted less than 5 miles away from us. Last week there was three water spouts that came on shore at the beach about 10 miles form us.
Then we have hurricane Irene bearing down on us for a direct hit here in Wilmington. Evacuations have begun.
And to top it off while talking to a family member today(wishing them a happy 70th b-day) that lives just outside Richmond, VA. He says in the middle of our conversation "Man, the hole house is shaking real bad". I said "thats weird, sounds like a earthquake". Sure enough I just checked the local news and there wasa 5.8earthquake just 20 miles from him.
I cant imagine this storm not tearing this place up. Time will tell.
