Hospital crap

The last few days have had me running to the hospital lots. My brother has been fighting stage 4 cancer for a year or so. We thought he would be done early spring. Surprised us all. I signed the end of life papers on Thursday. They have him on the morphine drip tonight. He is in the hospice room at the hospital.
The wifes mother, 86 years old, fell in the kitchen at her house last Thursday night. She laid there for 3 hours before Kathy found her. Broke her arm, busted her nose up pretty good, and has a nasty bump on her head, causing brain bleed. She is in intensive care, a few rooms from where my brother has been for 9 days. Ever notice how many really overweight people work in hospitals?
