Just wanted to take a minute to wish everyone a safe and happy Labor Day.

What are your plans for today?

I am getting ready to start the smoker. I am making Chicken and Brisket on the smoker. We will be having a bunch of people over today, we will be having, The smoked Chicken and Brisket as well as Beef Tenderloin Ka-bobs, Chicken Chili, Potato salad, home made corn salsa, baked potatoes, and lots more.
What are you doing ? I will try to remember to take some pics and post them today.
