Greetings fellow bowtie fanatics,

Sway here, no thats not my real name, but a nickname I've had for a long time among family and friends. Some background on me... I hail from Orange County, Ca and my first car is a 66' Malibu that I started building with my father when I was 15. We replaced the interior, changed the 283/PG for a 350/TH350, did some body work and repainted the car. We built with the intention of it not being a show car, but one we could enjoy cruising down PCH. It was my daily driver until I left for college. After college, paying student loans, and travelling, I have the time and money to spend on the car. I found this website through some net searching and after reading the posts concluded that this was the place for me from all the positive responses and solid advice.

That being said, I hope to benefit from that good advice. I am bringing the car out of a 7 year garage storage. I have fallowed the below link as rough guide since it seems logical.

Does anyone have any other ideas/disagreements that should be taken into account before I turn the key?

Here is a pic of the car before the garage storage.
