By the way Joe, my name is Nancy. I don't know if you read any of the introduction threads but my husband David (grumpy) and I started this forum a few years ago for people just like you. People looking for help and honest answers. Now some of the answers that you get you may not like, but remember we have all been there and know your frustration.
