If you don't mind me asking, how much does a building like that run? I am seriously looking into buying land, and plopping a building like that on it. Then converting a small,portion of it into living space. A 30X50, or 40X60 seems like it would fit the bill. I only need a one bedroom apartment for me, the rest would be for cars and work space.
