Sorry to hear that Ken, a flooded basement is no fun. Had to clean one up at my mom's condo when she lost power and the sump pump wasn't running. Had to clean one up here when the pressure tank sprung a leak, we have well. In both cases the water was clean, no sewer backup but still a mess. Hope all is well now.

Still a lot of roads under water here, abandoned cars all over that place. Can't blame the owner's, can't go forward, can't back up, water rising. Leave it and save yourself.

On the news right now, they have divers looking for people trapped, no doubt dead, in their cars under water on the freeways.
