I'm in Mesa, Arizona. I just finished up rebuilding the brakes and power steering. I replaced the fuel tank and all the fuel lines and it fired right up and runs great. I'm sure it there's not many many miles on the engine rebuild considering how clean the heads are. My plans are to get it all mechanically sound and then paint it. My sister came over and said that she wants to buy it.
