Rank, we are NOT allowed to pump gas into our cars in Oregon.
I guess we are not smart enough to do that. However, I DID pump my own fuel when we went on our quick California trip. I didn't start any fires or spill any gas.
Good for you, you are now qualified to move to another state if you choose. You will have a to pass a test though, we're not going to take your word for it.
