No experience with hushmat but we are very happy with the Dyna installed in our chevelle.
When I read up on These products the biggest difference seemed to be price. With a little shopping I found the Dynamat for a better price them most of the others http://www.amazon.com/Dynamat-10455-.../dp/B00020CB2S Dave
