i kind of stopped working on it since my rx7 needed to be repaired that took all my time but now the car is back and on the road again i can put my energy back to the chevelle again. this week i think i am going to remove the rivets that closed everything up on the firewall because i do want heat and i do want ac just not sure how it needs to be mounted. I went to a car show and i found a 69 chevelle and i took a lot of pics to show me how to do the things i need to do and where to put everything so i hope

Car shows and pictures is a good idea. Car shows are also a good way to meet people that you know are close and many are willing to help. Ask questions, you'd be surprised how many guys are willing to jump in with advice or even come take a look and give you hand. It's a learning process, take your time and enjoy looking at the progress you've made. Based on the pictures you've posted you done a lot and should be proud.

I totally agree with Hank. Another great thing that you get, are lifelong friends. They will ask you to come and help with their cars, and you will learn. Then you will ask them to come help with yours and you will learn. Next thing you know, you are at a car show with them years later saying things like...remember when we.

Don't be afraid to talk to everyone.

the sad part is i am the one that everyone calls to go fix a car but when i need help no one is around or has the knowledge needed to help me one reason why i am starting to second guess myself about putting the 454 in my chevelle instead of running an LSX series in the chevelle but i guess i will get there i have done so much so far!
