Thanks Gary, you are right. This was my first show as show chairmen and I had over half my vendors call and say that they were not coming. I figure we probably will be in the hole this year leaving us not much money to donate to the charity we had the show for. I had so much time invested to make this a successful show, but you can not control everything. The people who did come still had a great attitude and had fun.
