I got the radiator/fans combo yesterday. Man, what a work of art.
I ordered a carb today, Holley 4150HP, 900cfm +/-, custum tuned by Prosystems. It's going to be built to my engine specs and should make a huge difference over the Edelbrock 650cfm that came on it when I bought it, which I believe is way too small. http://www.prosystemsracing.com/proseries4150.html

Spent some time cleaning and painting more parts, great weather for it today!
Finished cleaning the intake manifold and got it painted. ![]() Also sand blasted my M21 and steering shaft. ![]() I used Eastwood's Aluma Blast paint on the trans. I know they were raw aluminum from the factory, but this is a driver and I don't want it to tarnish again. ![]() ![]() Doing what I can while I am waiting for the machine shop to finish my cylinder heads. I still have a bit more detailing in the engine bay to complete.

Thanks, at this rate... it might be done by the end of this year. I won't hold my breath though, been working on it for 15 1/2 months as it is. On the bright side - interior is done, paint mostly done. Car has been in the family since June of 06'.

I guess their ears were burning after my post yesterday, got a call around noon today from the machine shop...
![]() ![]() I'll install them after work tomorrow, and measure for pushrods. Maybe even install the harmonic balancer while I am at it.
