So I guess some people would not have a issue with these house's next to you as it is thier property and they can do what ever they want to. Sometimes you have to have rules as some people will push the limits just because they can. Got to love the stuffed animals attached to the tree on the first picture, I bet that is a nice smell when they get wet.
Maybe you should let this individual finish his remodeling BEFORE you pass judgement!! LOL
