What a difference one week makes!!!
It's 71 degrees and sunny right now. I've got one little hold out pile of snow in a shadowed corner under some azalea bushes on the north side of the house...about enough for two decent sized snowballs.
Thinking about bagging it and put it in the freezer for this Summer.

With the 3"-5" of snow we got last night, that put us over 6' of snow in the Detroit area so far this winter. I think we are at the #3 spot in record snowfalls here and we aint done with winter yet.

I haven't been outside today. But I know that when we got home at 4am this morning we had about 4" of new snow on the ground. My kids were not happy that they had to shovel more snow this morning because I had made arrangements for my daughter to pick up a treadmill at 10am.

With the temps being above freezing today and by Thurday it is supposed to be about 40. Then back down to freezing on Friday. So our biggest problem right now are ice dams on the roof. I will be out there tomorrow seeing what I can do to chip away at the problem. I am not the only one many of my neighbors are dealing with the same thing.

Great cruising weather here in the South. Not to hot, not to cold. Just perfect for a old carbureted V8
Went down to Myrtle Beach. I hear theres a big car show down there in the spring.

Joe ,Run To The Sun is probably the show you are talking about ,we have not been in several years but its a great show. If you go back down there check out Suck,Bang,Blow ,a little biker bar just out of town with a burnout pit out back. This is THE ONLY bar my wife has ever been to and its where we met our friends band called Silver Travis .When we were at the show the bar owner invited all the Hot Rods to come use their burnout pit and viewing is on top of the bar roof. AND DONT DRIVE ON THE BEACH ,take my advice on that one .

The thermostat in the van must be broken. It said 46 today when I was in West Bloomfield. I know that can't be right because this is Michigan.
