Started to snow around 1pm today and are expecting another 3 to 5 inches. I have some snow drifts in the back yard a couple of feet deep from the winds. Looks by Monday we are back in the 50's

Keep changing the forecast and up to 10 inches of snow tonight into tomorrow, changing to freezing rain sometime sunday or monday before we warm up.

Stay warm and safe Ray. On the plus side I guess you guys need the rain/snow, at least northern CA does.

Thanks Hank, storm number 3 is due this afternoon. Will start as snow( 4 to 8") then the east winds are dying down and the upper air is warm so rain. We are expecting up to 1/2 inch of freezing rain, so power lines and trees will be coming down before all this is done. Still showing around 50 late Monday, so flooding might be an issue with some area's having 18 inches of snow. The mountains did get snow also and more is on the way up ther next week.

Woke up to 49* and light rain this morning. It's barely 55* now - still raining, projected high of 60*... and lots more rain, all day. Not the mid 70s they had predicted earlier this week.

Trying to get motivated to do something on my car, but no garage space to work on it = me not very motivated. Everything left to do requires me to lay under it, or be under the hood. I'll pass and wait for a better day. I have 12 vacation days to use this year.

I know it isn't the snow and ice everyone else is experiencing, but it still isn't fun to work or drive in.

This sucks when the biggest thing we have to talk about is the weather. Also sucks when the weather in Alaska has been better than here.

Amen, not much going on. Freezing rain is here now. The city around here told everyone to stay off the road and take mass transit or our light rail system. The light rail shut down last night due to ice for the first time every and left people stranded. Warming is on the way late Sunday.

Waitin for it to quit snowin so I can start snow blowin again. We have now hit over 70" of snow so far this winter season. Thats way more than our usual 46" for a whole winter season.

Hope all this crap is gone before the end of next month when I planned on getting the car out of storage.......if not, then I gotta pay for another months worth even if its only a weeks time.
