I bought mine from Meijer $11.99, I've have seen it at Autozone, Advance Auto and Napa. My tires are really glossy. It looks like a clear coat. Once it's dry, there is no flinging of excess. I would recommend putting it on BEFORE you detail your car. I covered my rims using an air cleaner from a 90's chevy truck. I put a 5" bolt in the center for a handle. There are rim shields on the market now for this purpose. I did the air cleaner thing long before they came out. I should of marketed them. I'd be sitting good right now $$.

I know it's not a Chevelle. I still love Chevelles so I hope that counts for something! (70 Olds 442 W30)
