Jet Hot is a brand of coatings, they make a number of coatings including ceramic. There are in fact quite a few headers available with ceramic coating, most manufacturers have them, and they do look like a polished aluminum with a smooth finish.
Pick any brand, Heddman, Thorely, Dynomax, etc., go to their website and you'll see they offer ceramic coated headers and what they look like.
