Will these Rim&Tire specs fit a stock 1969 Chevelle?

A back space tool is invaluable to have. To get the most tire, you will prob have to roll the wheel well lip.

Also, remember that you need to check the tire manufacturers spec on height and width for the particular tire your looking to run. Even though all tires have specific size ranges, they all do vary in dimensions in the same size range from manufacturer to manufacturer. You need to look at several and compare dimensions. I think you will be suprised. They can vary up to an inch or more.

Back in the day I ran a 15x10 with a 29x13.50x15 in a 4.75 backspace on a Monte Carlo. Everyne thought the car was mini tubbed. Tire was tight but iw a combo of back spacing and "actual" tire height and width that made it work.

The 295 tire looks great on the 68 BTW !!!
