Slowly putting it together. As you can see in previous photos. I found the assembly photos in the book. Then did some digging. What I found was several things. First was the location of my mystery parts. Second the area the vacuum line passed through to get to mystery parts location.
As yall pointed out it was in the passenger side of the cowl. The air actuator is the mystery part and it is actually comprised of 2 parts. The actuator & the flapper. My body man installed the flapper, but did not have the actuator on it
The reason I believe I cant find the hole for the vacuum line in my cowl, is most likely because I replaced the entire cowl early on in this project? Looks like I just need to drill a hole in the location shown in the assembly manual with a square half filled in at a angle that says "hose"
