I forgot you have a 69 and the 70 with the button is a 1 year only.

proportion valve? hold off valve? ( (67 to 69)

distribution block?

I have seen a lot of cars with this valve that have headers, but is beyond my area of expertise on what all it replaces.

Proprotion valve built into a distribution block?
