Yes 72. Its the flapper thats mounted outside. Passenger side, inside the cowl

Trying to help here, but I'm stumped on this one. The vacuum pod hooks to the center of the outside door. You noted the right side, I have not seen that before. Only thing on the right is the bracket that hold the outside door. Love to see a few more pictures of the set up. I'm not an expert here, just trying to see if I can help you find the part you might need.

Check Hinshaws if you just need the bracket.

Ray, seems he's looking for an A/C cowl flapper, part of the A/C system and you're thinking cowl induction system.
