Still waiting for delivery from "Reliable" to California.

Welcome to the site. Very sharp car, man...congrats. There is nothing like driving a piece of good old American iron.

Gorgeous car. How was the experience buying from B-J? I have always wanted to ask a buyers perspective of it.

As for the word "recreation" use it all you feel. Words are just a formality, the car is what we care about.

Welcome Andy from another 70 owner. Someone did a lot of work for a frame off. Enjoy your new ride. Post some more pics when you get it.

Buying at Barrett-Jackson was fun. It was my first time. Mine was the third car on Thursday morning so there was no TV. The whole event is a giant car show.
We were there for four days. As a bidder you can get up close and personal with all the cars. You can talk to the owners and get a pretty good feel for the car. You're still taking a chance since you can't drive it but it is a real fun way to buy. Thanks for all the nice comments.

Very nice! Is that Fathom Blue, or something else? (looks a little brighter than Fathom Blue in the 2nd pic)

You can't go wrong with a blue Chevelle.
