Glad you are home and it was not that bad. I'm sure Kathy has you on more health diet again. I'm a little nervous as I have my 6 month cardiologist appointment on Tuesday with a new Doctor as mine retired first of the year.
Anytime you want to meet for a salad and carrot juice let me know.
