We're forecasted to get some "wintry mix" tonight. They will likely shut down schools and half of the city if anything frozen falls out of the sky. They have no equipment to treat the roads, and there are A LOT of bridges around here too. This is very odd, for south Louisiana to get snow twice in one year. We got a good 2"-4" overnight a month ago or so, which didn't last long once the sun came out, but even still... Last winter, in December we got 6"-8" too. They're predicting snow for over the weekend too. That is unheard of...to snow 3 times in one year down here.

The only "wintry mix" you see Jake is at your favorite bar when you ask for extra ice in your drink.
