Ok boys, that's a pacu, not a piranha.
As article said, pacu's are vegetarian, they are not predators.
Here in Brasil they are very comom in big rivers.
And belive me, they are delicious.
Very tender and soft meat, with a very neutral flavor. Very good to fry in small cubes, and with a good bier, after a ride with the Chevelle..yummy!
