I drove the truck to work yesterday ,its been to dang cold most mornings lately to drive it ,no heat with the Vintage Air ,Im going to try another thermostat and see if it helps .

On mine, it has an electronic water valve and must be installed a particular way for it to work. Have you checked this? As I recall, you have to program the system by jumpering a white wire to a ground which then caused all the actuators and motors to self-learn. Just a thought because the Chevelle only runs 155-160 degrees down the road in this cold weather but still blows nice and warm through the vent. I can't imagine the thermostat would have you running so cold that you get no heat, but I suppose it is a cheap part to swap out and see.
