Same thing here is Michigan, something is fishy with Mr. Sitton and the whole situation.

And that is really being polite.

In my opinion. He stole the car. Waited it out. Tried to title it. Then when he got caught used his buddies in the police dept to throw a smoke screen. Then refused to give it back. Then destroyed it because he couldn't keep it.

How about possession of stolen property, Vandalism for starts.

He should be prosecuted for possession of stolen property. And I see no mention of law enforcement going after the person who sold him the car. The inaction of certain people drives me nuts!
