Well I opted out of using MDF (way too tuff material) and went with 3/4" plywood. I took many measurements for the floor of the trunk and took extreme care cutting it all out. Started to put it in only to find out it was too friggin wide to get into the opening. 1/4" material would've been better because I would be able to bend it a tad. I ended cutting 1 1/4" off of both sides and it fits pretty good. Now onto the front, back and sides. Covering will be here by Friday.
