Sciatic nerve being a pain!!

Brian, I'm recoverying from the same thing. Pain deep in the butt, comes up to the front of the leg and down to my chin. Can't sit my favorite chair for too long. Keep moving from one chair to the next. Found that ice and heat treatmernts work the best along with chiropactor. Never thought I'd go to one, but the pain was bad enough I'd try anything.
