Okay, I've had them, not bad. Having worked in downtown Detroit for a number of years, American and Lafayette Coney Islands just around the corner, I prefer Detroit style. Where was that place in Fenton we went to Ric? As I recall they had Detroit style and were good. Kerby's and a little place in Brighton, Grecian Island, do a pretty good job with Detroit style. Not inclined to drive 50+ miles to downtown Detroit to go to Lafayette Coney but I would like one or two. Damn, now I'm hungry.

That would be Mega Coney Island and I think we were at the car show there.

Believe it or not, they do ship the Kogels Hot dogs as well as the coney sauce around the US. I did ship some to my son and daughter in-law in AZ as well as Better Made chips and some Faygo Pop and Vernors ginger Ale.....all Michigan favorites. When my brother comes up from Georgia he loads up with all this stuff to take back home.

I see Nancy every now and then on FB. Her and Dave are walkin on egg shells waitin to see if they get a house in Texas and sell the one they have now.

I come on here now n then, but not much to post about.

Did have another weekend stint at Garden City Hospital Acute ER a few weeks ago. Judy and I don't sleep in the same room anymore because of her snoring and on a Saturday morning about 6:00am I felt like I was burning up. Got hard to breathe and my heart felt like it was gonna jump right out of my chest. I called her name about half dozen times....nothin. Finally I sat on the side of the bed and beat my foot on the floor, that got her attention. Whats a matter......somethings wrong, I cant breathe. Get dressed we're goin in.

Soon as we got inside the Emergency doors the girl had a wheelchair there and off we went. That is the first time I've been taken to "ACUTE" ER section. I had about 6 or 7 guys workin on me in nothin flat.........guess I didn't look so good. Anyways, my BP was 225/??, heart rate was off the wall, breathing was terrible and I was dehydrated.

They put 2 IV's in, gave me a breathing treatments and somehow got my BP down some. 2 days later I was back to my normal (whats normal??) self and they let me go home.
