I avoid the WIW discussions. Mine isn't a SS and it was in much worse shape when I started on it. To me these cars are not about money it is for the love of having the car.
To be honest don't try to sell the car. If it is done right people will annoy the crap out of you all the time trying to buy it for good money. Try to actively sell it and you have to deal with the scoffers, tire kickers and likes of the paperwork crowd.
I have often wished I had done a different make of car because most of the chevelle owners are just jerks these days. Mopar and furd are not like that. Congrats on building and having a nice car. None of the you have the wrong bracket or the stamping is wrong crap. Finding fault talking smack and picking it apart is all 98% are about these days.
They have no clue what hot rodding is or ever was about.
It is a opinion nothing more nothing less.
