Gary, I wish you the best in this adventure. I have a feeling if anyone can make this work you can. Just make sure everything is in writing and reviewed by a lawer. Friend or no friend this is a business deal. Good luck my friend

Thanks,Ray. Right or wrong,I'm finally glad the decision is made. Probably came off as a real jerk,changing week to week..... Believe it or not,it was a few little perks that I now get that helped make the decision.

And yes,it will be in writing.

Very cool Gary, its nice just having a decision made isnt it? Far too much stress involved in things like this, once the decision is made life can resume some degree of normality again
