Our high today was mid to high 60's with more rain ,clouds and drizzle and then heavy rain just in time to head home from work .Our weather has sucked for so long now ,cant even remember when we last saw the sun.If someone comes to visit me they better stay on the driveway or they will be stuck ,it is so soggy you cant walk across the yard .They say we will be in this crap til at least tuesday only cooler .

Same here, been raining for almost 3 weeks. Only showing 1 dry day on Tuesday. So much for a dry fall??? I guess the drought here is over for now.

Still hot! I nearly passed out yesterday working in the heat. We got some rain in the afternoon, but it only made it more humid.

This should be fun, 50-60 mph wind gusts predicted starting 6 AM to 10 PM tomorrow. I imagine we'll get to see our new standby generator in action. Grabbed the extra trash cans and everything else that could blow away and stuck them in the shed.

Hold onto your hats boys.

It finally stopped raining yesterday and I learned that I can get my Zero turn mower stuck on high ground in wet grass and leaves.

Lynda got ours stuck before. Our front lawn is around 4' higher than road. She came off the road and tried to go up. I had left the little hitch in the rear bumper and that got hung up. Had to tow it out with the old Bolens tractor.

Well that didn't take long. Power out and gen running at around 7:40 AM. Winds aren't even that strong yet.

Wow, it is still quiet up here in Fenton as of 8:30. I went out and filled up all the gas cans for the generator just in case, plus I got about 30 gallons in the Chevelle and Camaro if needed. What a day to take the day off.
