installed my sway bar, put in some led lights for the license plate changed the oil now time to take it for a spin

Spent all morning on my car, no closer to a solution. Next chance, I will be pulling the intake back off. I plan to stick the old cam back in and take some measurements for comparison. As it stands right now, the cam is ground incorrectly in my opinion.
