replaced the bushings on the shifter now it shifts like a dream! took me about two hours to do but i got it done and now i can shift it

I walked around it a few times while sweeping the floor around it and the Elky and the 55 Bel Air ,otherwise nothing.

I finished installing the harmonic balancer, and finally painted the entire engine orange. Waiting on a tool I ordered to arrive so I can get my pushrod length measured and order what I need.

Again I did nothing to the Chevelle ,Im doing yard and tree work. Im removing 3 trees in preparation for a pole barn for the newly restored(soon I hope) truck to park under .

grumpy and I discussed going to Summit while we are in Cleveland for the show on Friday. We need to pick up the air conditioning and the mufflers. Depends on if we want to add another 1 1/2 hours to our already 3 -3 1/2 hour trip.

You can get the A/C cheaper than Summit from a place in Florida ,no sales tax and free shipping .Summit would not meet their price because they could not look it up on the net. I saved about $150 on the one for my truck which was considerably higher than those for the Chevelle if you are using Vintage Air.
