I was thinking like Ray. He was messing with the US Mail. I wonder what made the home owner record this ? He must have had problems in the past.

That used to be me before I took over the placement of garbage in the can.My wife is not allowed to take out any trash,I am the trash nazi in my house.I can relate to the man with something stickey at the bottom of the container.
