Wow it been a while. Engine went in the van, then needed new exhaust. Then the computer. Mom wants a shed built. Life is doing its best to sidetrack me again.

But I am caught up for the moment, rested, about to head down and see what I can get into on the chevelle. Laying the top over the car is definitely helping. Wrinkles are slowly smoothing out. Forming to the roof. That has got to help.

Still haven't had time for my poor cars. These swing shifts have me upside down. Add in studying as much as possible for my state exam on the 7th. My "spare time" has been spent taking apart my old truck and helping out on the LeMans.

Fired up the new 350HO engine and TH350 trans we installed into a frame off project '65 Malibu SS convert last night.
Runs great!! Those poor rear tires.
Replaced the original 283/PG...
Should be at the Peach State show this weekend.

Yes...kinda...

I had a low mileage, stock '78 Corvette 350 short block that I added fresh Vortec -062 heads and a new, take out GM 350 HO flat tappet cam & lifters.
CR worked out to 9.4
Topped it off with a re-curved HEI, an Edelbrock RPM intake and the new style Street Demon 625 carb.
VERY crisp throttle response!!
