Are you using the electronic Wells VR-715 regulator?? Looks like and hooks up just like the old style points type reg but MUCH more reliable.

I had to go drop my T/A wheels off to get new tires installed so I didnt even get to visit my shop to see the Chevelle today. I did briefly visit the body shop on my way to the tire shop and got a pleasant surprise.

Victory tonight, all lights work on the outside of the car. The intermediate harness harness works. Finally got the connection working tonight. Need to get the dome light working, once I get all the door switches replaced. Small steps at a time each night.

Haven't touched it. Busy with work, etc. It has been raining the past three days as well. Not looking any better for tomorrow, so possibly Friday?

The transaction for the sale of my Camaro SS will be done at the end of next month. I expect to get a lot done after that. It will free up some cash, and make more room. I am considering selling my truck too, I can't justify having all of these vehicles. If I do that, I may just drive the Monte Carlo for a while. It gets about 19-20 MPG, runs on regular gas, has cold AC, and EFI. It would be nice to be down to two cars vs. having 3-4. Insurance, maintenance, and vehicle registrations are killing me.

I put the stock intake back on, and changed the oil before firing up today. When I started up the velle, it started blowing anti freeze all over the engine. It turned out, I didn't tighten the bolts on the goose neck. I went into the garage after work tonight and there was another mess under the car. Yep, oil all over the floor under the car. I had an idea what it was. I went to the garbage can and looked at the old oil filter and confirmed my thoughts. The seal was missing from the filter. So, when you change your oil, be sure that the seal in still on the old filter and not stuck on the engine like mine was.

Picked up the air conditioning unit, bracket and faceplate last night. The EFI came today, just waiting on the pulleys. Hopefully they will be here before the weekend so the work can get started.
