I wish I could say that I did something with my car. Maybe this weekend, it just needs to stop raining, especially on the days where I don't have anything to do except to go out for a cruise.

Making a little progress on mine!

The tunnel is going to need to be cut to the firewall to make sure everything clears but it is all bolted in right now and just barely touching near the bellhousing. This car does not have original floor pans but the clearance issues are not nearly as bad as I thought it might be.

This is another mess that is going to be cleaned up! The 4L80E computer was snaked through the dash harness so I had to basically disconnect and pull down everything I could. The steering column is out and the new pedals are in but before the wires get tucked back, some serious organization needs to be done!

Removed the a-pillar trim, dash pad and the plastic pieces that fit in the bottom corners of the rear window. Windshield is cracked so having it removed tomorrow along with the rear glass. I have some cleanup to do along the bottom of both windows. Then I'll take back to have the glass installed.

Kinda sucks because this weekend is supposed to be nice but gotta get it done when I can.

More parts the past two days. Hoping this is the last of it. I had big plans to work on the car this Saturday. But, looks like a storm is comming through this weekend. And I am buying a truck Saturday morning. I decided on what I wanted, and am going with it. Hoping to have it down to this truck and the Chevelle by the year's end.

Mine might actually be driving again by this weekend!

The Quicktime bellhousing seems to be pretty narrow which lessened the amount of cutting required to make the T56 fit. Still a pretty big section but not nearly as much cut out as some I have seen who do this swap.

Just temporary

Welded in place and seam sealed - the wiring fiasco is getting better too!
