How did I miss this thread, with my most favoritest color in the whole world? Very stunning car!I really don't know much about all the other things you are doing, but it looks awesome. Funny thing,I noticed AFR on your heads.Instead of saying arf arf,my dog, after sipping some beer with me in the garage, goes afr afr.

No wonder your dogs love you ,youre making drunks out of them .LOL .One of my past weiner muts loved beer ,friends had to be careful not to sit one down in front of her as she was such a sot.

Today there was fire in the hole, albeit for 1.2 seconds... Waiting on a couple fittings to get the fuel line connected to the pump. Regardless, we squirted fuel in the carb and it fired for the first time! Unfortunately the phone does a poor job of capturing sound quality but it sounded nice and deep! Still have quite a few little things to finish up but it was nice to hear the car rumble again!
![]() Fuel pump was quite pricy but she sure is pretty! ![]() Really short video of it firing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bMOAPPmq_o

Not a whole lot of progress worth posting. Right now there are lots of little things that are being done that really seem minor in the grand scheme of things but are required to get everything going. For example, bending transmission lines, getting all the appropriate fittings for things like the trans cooler & fuel pump. Waiting on the lower alternator bracket to come back from powder coating.
Pulled the old booster & master off today & bolted the new booster in place. Looks much better! Started the car and checked oil pressure today. Everything looks good! Let the car run for about 1 minute. I thought I had a video but apparently I either didn't press the record button or I accidentally erased it. Tomorrow/Friday work should begin on the suspension. The 1350 Yokes from Denny's Drive shaft will arrive tomorrow as well so hopefully we can get the drive shaft measured and ordered. Technically the only thing the car needed today to go drive would have been belts, the lower alt. bracket and the drive shaft installed. That'll still be a little bit out but it is that close. Today's photo
