Back to the doctors tomorrow,just can't shake this.Starting to think maybe Hank has the right idea.I have not had a cigarette since 7/13,nor a cup of coffee,quit them both the same day.Cut way back on the Coors Light too and look what happens.

That is good. But what did you replace them with ? I didn't think that coffee was that bad for you, unless you drink excessive amounts, it is all the cream and sugar that you put into the coffee. Also if you replaced what you drink with a lot of sugar alternatives that is not good for you at all.

I appear to be holding up ok. (knock on wood) ..but as I've said before, you just can't kill pure evil.
