I have heard from a few others that the foam is too dense...placing your head too close to the headliner.
One upholstery guy told me he drills a few 1" holes with a hole saw in the TMI foam to relieve the height.
I didn't want to be bumping my head on the ceiling of this Elky so purchased the stock replacement covers from Legendary. Those along with the new ACI foam from NPD actually cost more than the TMI covers.

I think that the firmness of the foam has softened up for me. But then again I am the only one who drives my car.
