So I went to Lowes today to return this faucet trim kit. No receipt, never got one via email. Can't print one from online account and none in the package. Their refund policy says all you need is the credit card used to make the purchase or a phone number if one was supplied. No problem, ordered online with a Lowes credit card and they have my phone number from my online account.
30 minutes standing at the service desk while they tried to find the order. Then they tried to credit me $15 less then I paid. Finally they went online like a customer to find the price and managed to credit the correct amount. So there you go. Every aspect of their online order system and refund policy is a total failure.
