The heat and humidity was brutal today. I believe 94 degrees at one point. It was still 85 at quarter till 7. Tomorrow I will be working on a roof, looks like another day of sweating profusely.

Trees changing leaves falling. Cool and raining after a month of no rain at all.

80 a couple days ago. 53 for a high today and close 1.5" of rain.

Send some of that here Hank. Was 87 today, 88 yesterday. Started off at 71 this morning around 7am, was 83 by 10:30 today.

Its down to 72 here ,been hot and humid .

Enough rain already. 1.5" on Wednesday, more on Thursday. Got a break on Friday. Today it's been a steady rain for the last 10 hours. Not a drizzle but a pretty hard rain. On radar there is a band from Iowa up through Chicago and over us. Every time I look at it, it looks the same. From early this morning until now, 5PM. Glad our house sits up high.

Fall is here. About 60 these days and rain most of the week.

Only went to 81 today, mostly overcast and humid. Back into the upper 80s by the end of the week. Looks like a mild winter is on the horizon.

I've been checking on the weather down there. Looks like in a week or two, it is going to cool off. I hope so.

They're saying overnight lows in the 50s starting next Wednesday. I really hope so. I'm ready to sell my little commuter car and daily drive my truck again.
